DIGITAL PRODUCT SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Product Description

The digital products being sold under these terms and conditions (the "Agreement") are a digital manual entitled "Roadmap to Building Your Retreat: A Planning Manual" (the "Manual") and a digital workbook entitled "Roadmap to Building Your Retreat: Workbook" (the "Workbook"), collectively referred to as the "Products". The Authors and respective owners of the Products are Patrick Casale, LCMHS, LCAS, owner of All Things Private Practice, LLC, and Jennifer Agee, LCPC, owner of Counseling Community, Inc.

2. Ownership

The Authors and their respective companies, All Things Private Practice, LLC, and Counseling Community, Inc., retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Products. Purchase of the Products under this Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Products.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense, or otherwise assign any rights to the Products to any third party. You may not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Products.

4. Mailing List Subscription

By purchasing the Products, you agree to be added to the All Things Private Practice, LLC mailing list. Joining the mailing list is required as the Products will be delivered via email through this list. You will also receive further communications including updates, newsletters, promotional materials, and other content related to All Things Private Practice, LLC.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Authors and their respective companies, All Things Private Practice, LLC, and Counseling Community, Inc., will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Products. The reference materials in the Manual, including sample contracts, are intended for reference only, not to serve as legal or professional advice. It is advised that you consult with a legal professional when creating contracts for your retreats.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Authors and their respective companies reside.

8. Acceptance of these Terms

By clicking on the "I Accept" button at checkout, or by purchasing, downloading or using the Products, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not click on the "I Accept" button and do not purchase, download or use the Products.
