### **1. Event Overview**

This half-day intensive is a live educational and experiential training designed to help mental-health professionals learn practical strategies for diversifying income streams beyond one-to-one therapy. Core topics include:

* Podcasting as a business growth tool
* Hosting retreats (including CE-eligible events)
* Speaking opportunities and visibility expansion
* Writing and publishing a professional or personal book

This training includes four (4) NBCC-approved continuing-education (CE) hours.

### **2. Registration and Payment**

* Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
* Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.
* A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration once payment has been processed.

### **3. Cancellation and Refund Policy**

* **Refunds:** Due to the limited capacity and planning requirements, all sales are **final**. No refunds will be issued.
* **Transfer Requests:** You may request to transfer your registration to another eligible professional up to **14 days before the event** (by November 28, 2025).
* **Event Cancellation:** In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels or reschedules the training (e.g., illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstance), registrants will be offered either:

1. A full refund, **or**
2. Transfer to a rescheduled date or comparable event.

### **4. Continuing Education (CE) Information**

* This program is approved by the **National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)** for 4 CE hours.
* To receive CE credit, participants must:

* Attend the full 5-hour session (partial credit is not available).
* Complete the post-event evaluation form.
* Sign in and out (if in-person) or complete attendance verification (if virtual).
* CE certificates will be emailed within 14 days of the event.

### **5. Technology and Access (for virtual attendees)**

If the event is hosted online, attendees are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity, audio, and video capability. No refunds will be issued for technical issues outside of the host’s control.

* Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

By participating in this event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed for use in marketing, educational, or promotional materials. If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify the organizer in writing before the event.

1. Event Overview
This intensive is a live virtual training for therapists, mental health professionals, and entrepreneurs who want to build income beyond 1:1 work. It includes four crash courses:
Podcasting as a business growth tool
Group practice ownership
Retreat hosting
Securing paid speaking opportunities
Licensed mental health professionals who attend live are eligible for [4] NBCC-approved continuing education (CE) hours.
2. Registration and Payment
Your registration is confirmed once full payment is received.
You’ll get a confirmation email at the address you registered with after your payment goes through.
Registrations can’t be transferred unless approved in writing (see Section 3).
3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers
Refunds: Because space is limited and planning happens well in advance, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Transferring to another person: You can transfer your registration to someone else up to 14 days before the event (by October 16, 2026). Email info@allthingspractice.com to request a transfer.
[Optional] Transferring to another date: If something comes up, you can request to move your registration to another Beyond Private Practice intensive date up to [X] days before your event, as long as spots are available.
If we cancel or reschedule: If the event has to be canceled or rescheduled because of illness, emergency, or other circumstances outside our control, you’ll be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date or a comparable event.
4. Continuing Education (CE) Information
This program is approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) for [4] CE hours.
To receive CE credit, you must:
Attend the full live 4-hour event (partial credit isn’t available)
Complete attendance verification during the event
Complete the post-event evaluation form
Cameras can stay off. Attendance verification won’t require you to be on camera.
CE certificates will be emailed within 14 days of the event.

This is a virtual event. You’re responsible for having a stable internet connection and working audio. Video is optional. Refunds won’t be issued for technical issues outside the host’s control.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials shared during the event, including slides, handouts, frameworks, and recordings, belong to Patrick Casale / All Things Private Practice, LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written permission.
You’re welcome to use what you learn for your own personal and professional growth. You may not teach, market, or present the materials as your own.
7. Recording and Media
Parts of this event may be recorded for educational and promotional use.
You’ll only appear in recordings if you choose to turn your camera on or speak out loud. Keeping your camera and mic off means you won’t be shown or heard.
Names in the chat will be removed from anything used publicly.
If you’ve shared on camera and later want your image or voice left out, email info@allthingspractice.com and we’ll honor that request where possible.
